I didn't get to read all the books I wanted in 2013 but I did fairly well. (Some of the books I mention didn't come out in 2013 but I still mention them because this is the year I read them 1st).

Times had a review of the play, Peter and Alice (starring Ben Whishaw and Judi Dench as grownup versions of the real-life ppl who inspired Peter Pan and Alice in Wonderland) - needless to say I would love to see it and/or hope it gets made into a TV drama. I also got the new issue of Nude magazine recently (so glad they're still going). They had a big interview with Alan Moore (I'm going to try and get Lost Girls when they bring out the collected edition. I got the latest issue of Bizarre. I wasn't surprised that they'd managed to track down that guy in Darlington who supposedly ran a sex cult based on the Gor books (very tacky sci-fi/Conan the Barbarian style books) and did a big feature on him where it basically turned out his cult consisted of him & some teenage lad.
